Architecturally striking, the 5-star Alpina Dolomites has excellent eco-credentials and has been built to blend seamlessly into its spectacular setting amid the UNESCO-listed Dolomite Mountains. Inspired by the surrounding natural beauty, the main lodge makes excellent use of native stone and woods, as well as panoramic glass windows to maximise the views of the building’s extraordinary circular design. Contemporary interiors, interesting lighting, natural textiles, and clean minimalist lines are enriched by the hotel’s warm and welcoming hospitality. Full of stylish elegance and refinement, the rooms and suites have been designed with the same minimalist aesthetic, with feature wood panelling and a soothing neutral palette. All enjoy wonderful mountain views from the balconies or terraces, large comfortable beds, a den area with a sofa bed, walk-in closets, desk, minibar, safety deposit box, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Ensuite bathrooms include bathtub, shower, double vanities, and separate WC. Superior Rooms have either a south facing balcony or garden access. Some can be interconnected for families and some rooms have a sliding partition to separate the sleeping and living areas. Book an Exclusive Room to enjoy a south facing terrace. Suites include a separate living room with a bio fire, comfortable seating, and south facing balcony. The ensuite bathroom has the added benefits of a bathtub and double shower, along with an infrared sauna. Sleeping four guests, Deluxe Suites include two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room with dining area and whirlpool bathtub. Chalet Deluxe Suites are in the chalet adjacent to the main lodge and are connected via an underground passageway. These feature one bedroom, a living room and bathroom, along with a large balcony. Similarly, Chalet Deluxe Suite Sella are in the same chalet with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and large balcony. The Mountain Restaurant & Stuben enjoys spectacular views and in keeping with the hotel’s philosophy of responsible travel, uses sustainable local and regional produce where possible. Serving creative and accomplished Mediterranean, regional and international cuisine, guests can choose from a wide variety of fine wines to accompany the beautifully presented food. Alternatively, guests can enjoy the modern Alpine style and more relaxed vibe of the Alpina Chalet Restaurant, serving favourites that include gourmet pizza, succulent steaks, and Mediterranean classics. To relax with a drink, head to the Mountain Bar, a cosy and refined space with a convivial atmosphere. Guests can also relax on leather sofas in the Cigar Lounge, where the world’s best cigars can be enjoyed alongside premium cognac and spirits.
