"Our children (aged 7 and 9) spent a week at the Explorers Club at Eagles Palace Resort, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our holiday. They absolutely loved every minute of it. In fact, we struggled to get them away each day because they were having so much fun and always wanted to stay longer! The staff were exceptional, led brilliantly by Souzi, who created such a warm, engaging, and fun environment. The team made every day exciting with an incredible range of activities. There was never a dull moment from crafts, watercolour painting, games, beach games, pedalo trips, swimming and so much more. The Stargazers Club is an excellent concept, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing evening while the children watched a film, played games under the watchful eye of the Explorer’s team. It was a fantastic option which enabled us to experience an adult only restaurant and something we really appreciated as parents. Overall, the Explorers Club exceeded all of our expectations. It provided an unforgettable experience for both our children and us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to any family staying at Eagles Palace Resort. A huge thank you to Souzi and the entire team for making our children’s holiday so special."

"We all had a great time visiting Madagascar and Kenya. Very memorable. Going to see the city Antananarivo and walking in the real neighbourhood was great. Visiting the student children at the Borana conservancy centre was really fun. Also driving through the nearby town next the Borana was good. The lodges were all good. Lengishu especially good due to the exclusivity and beauty of the property. Giraffe Manor was worth seeing and interacting with the animals. Surprisingly not all the children enjoyed feeding the animals. The boys liked seeing them but not feeding - the giraffe has a slimey texture on the tongue and the gooey gluey feeling made them stay away. All the adults liked it!"

"The whole process was excellent, we felt like we had a great relaxing holiday and I got to spend more time with our one month old. The hotel was excellent, understated service. Whilst a few improvements could be made - new towels in bedrooms, the accommodation was excellent. Food on site was great, but I can see why people may think it is expensive. Anne, the Scott Dunn rep was great welcoming and sorting out restaurants and recommended actions for us. The only downsides of the trip... There are a lot of rooms with steps to access. The kids pool by limonia had very slippery tiles when wet. We saw a few kids slip over. Both Sofia and Mathia were experienced thoughtful and excellent child care practices. The care they took with our son was excellent."

"It was fantastic all round. Flights and transfers comfortable and smooth (excellent transfer service assisting us with bags to check in), everything we requested was in the room, fantastic hotel. "Peter Narrizano really did a brilliant job for me. Together we plotted the whole trip very carefully according to my budget and my aspirations- a tricky tight rope! He really did deliver a holiday that was above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciated knowing that he had been to Daios Cove himself with his family and furthermore that his parents went themselves on a separate trip. All that first hand experience was central to me trusting in his advice. Airport choices, room choices, sports activities tips were all spot on. I can’t thank him and the wider Scott Dunn team enough. There weren’t many of Maggie’s age that week which was a shame but definitely not anyone’s fault. Peter did a brilliant job of focusing on her though which was much appreciated by Maggie and me. Maggie loved the submarine day. It felt amazing to me to hear that she had been out and about exploring as well as eating with new friends in a restaurant. I was chuffed for her and very impressed by Scott Dunn team."

"Scott Dunn really stood out for us on this trip. Peter was super responsive in getting a quote to us and helping to get everything booked and organised. He even arranged for the driver to stop at a supermarket on the way to the resort. Sun Gardens had some real positives - amazing service, quiet and beautiful pools, spacious accommodation. But we felt that the food was so far below 5 star standards and was ridiculously over priced. Thankfully Peter and the hotel concierge recommended some great dining options outside the resort. There were also a few conferences on which meant that breakfast was horribly busy and some of the facilities were closed to accommodate them. Our accommodation was great - perfect location in the resort (which Peter helped with) and it was ready for us early so that we could check in as soon as we arrived. We were totally blown away that Anne had been to the shop for us and filled the fridge with food that our son with allergies could have. Ellie provided details of a private boat trip which we booked through the hotel concierge and we all agreed was the highlight of our holiday. Also, the kids loved the Campioni football training - thank you for the prize!"
