Day 9: Koh Wae Snorkelling
Board Trisara 1, the resort's sleek 9-meter RIB, for the short journey to Koh Wae. The island sits just offshore, yet feels entirely removed from the mainland. The water here is extraordinarily clear – you can see the seabed before you've even jumped in. Vibrant coral gardens stretch across the shallow reefs, teeming with tropical fish that dart between the formations. Your crew manages everything – premium equipment, chilled refreshments, timing. You explore at your own pace, no rush, no crowds. Just you, the reef, and the gentle rhythm of the Andaman around you. The afternoon light transforms the water into something almost unreal. By the time you return to the resort, you'll have experienced the Andaman the way it's supposed to be – private, pristine, entirely yours.
Day 10: Cooking Class at Trisara
Trisara's culinary team takes you through the preparation of one of Thailand's iconic dishes. You'll work alongside them in the kitchen, learning technique from people who've been doing this for years. They'll show you how flavours build, why timing matters, what separates a dish done properly from one that's merely competent. By the end, you'll have created something you can replicate at home, not just a recipe, but an understanding of how Thai cooking actually works. Sit down and eat what you've made. It tastes different when you've cooked it yourself.
Day 11: Farm-to-Table at JAMPA
Start with a guided walk through JAMPA's private organic farm in the late afternoon – the vegetables, herbs, and produce that will become your dinner. Your guide explains what grows here, why, what's in season. As evening settles in, move into the restaurant, a Michelin Green Star recipient where sustainable fine dining isn't a marketing phrase – it's how they actually operate. Choose between a 4-course dinner or the full 7-course JAMPA Experience. Each dish tells a story about zero-waste philosophy and the provenance of ingredients. Live-fire cooking happens in front of you. The flavours are sharp and clean because everything was picked hours ago.
