Petit St Vincent is a private island in the Caribbean, where guests can indulge in luxury living far away from modern life. Guests come here for peace, quiet, seclusion and the perfect balance of wilderness and luxury.
Highlights
There is no TV or internet in the cottages with the emphasis on enjoying your surroundings and switching off.
Unique to Petit St Vincent is the flagpole system outside each cottage to call for room service. Raise a red flag for ‘Do Not Disturb’ and a yellow one for service and a butler will be on hand.
The hilltop Balinese style spa offers a range of treatments providing ultimate relaxation.
Enjoy complimentary kayaking, windsurfing, sailing and snorkelling. The Tobago Cays is a short boat ride away and offers amazing snorkelling and swimming with turtles in crystal clear waters.
Surrounded by almost two miles of white sandy beaches, this is a place to come and relax. A true island paradise, where you leave behind the pressures of modern life, Petit St Vincent is the ultimate escape. None of the cottages have phones, TVs or internet access, giving guests real peace and quiet. It is also quite normal not to see many of your fellow guests whilst you stay here. The service is friendly and nothing is too much trouble, from the moment you're met from the boat, to the moment you leave.
Dining on Petit St Vincent is a delicious affair - the executive chef uses classic techniques with Caribbean ingredients. Eat at one of the restaurants and bars on the beach that serve fresh locally grown or caught produce, or take a picnic and a bottle of wine that has been prepared for you and find a secluded beach or sit on top of Marni Hill with spectacular views across the Caribbean. Or if absolute privacy is what you'd like, then you can use the resort's flag system to order room service.
Swimming is of course the thing to do as the waters are always warm, and there is a host of water sports. Island hopping on a classic sloop - make you sure take a trip with Captain Jeff, deep sea fishing diving off one of the protected reefs, are just a few of the activities available. The marine life around Petit St Vincent is truly spectacular.
When to visit
Take an early morning hike up Marni Hill, the spectacular views at the top are unmissable and once descended the West End beach is truly deserted. Swing in a hammock or dip in the blue waters to cool down.
