Overseen by a Michelin-star chef, the hotel’s Chaoran Chinese Restaurant evokes the glamour and vibe of 1920s Hong Kong, serving modern Chinese tapas and signature Cantonese Peking Duck. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this buffet-style restaurant boasts a large private balcony.
