Your retreat for the next three nights will be the beautiful NOS Hotel & Villas, designed in a contemporary minimalist style, using neutral tones and natural materials to complement the hotel’s surroundings. To get really off-the-beaten-track, join your guide on a private RIB boat to visit the nearby islands of Kimolos and Polyaigos. Explore the authentic fishing villages of Kimolos and admire the stunning caves in the north, before continuing on to Polyaigos, the largest uninhabited island in the Aegean Sea. Translating as ‘many goats’ Polyaigos is the perfect place to stop at secluded beaches and swim in the glittering waters in complete tranquillity.

The climate in Greece is warm and sunny for the majority of the year, however the island properties are only open from May to October. In May, the islands come to life and weather usually settles in a pattern of long hot sunny days and balmy evenings, especially in July and August when it can be very hot. Rain is unlikely but it can happen from time to time. May, June and September are particularly pleasurable months with July and August being especially popular on the islands.
