Located on the banks of Loch na Dal, a sea loch on the southern coast of the Isle of Skye, Kinloch Lodge is a family-run hotel offering the perfect Highland getaway. The restaurant at Kinloch Lodge is the star of the show, with Chef Director Marcello Tully creating classic Scottish dishes with a French influence and a contemporary twist. The seasonal menu makes the most of the fantastic produce available in the region, putting the spotlight on local meats and freshly-caught seafood. The Albert Roux protégé will share his skills and techniques in special cookery classes or workshops, while those simply looking to admire his work can sit at the Chef's Table, where Marcello will explain each dish in a truly immersive experience.
Kinloch Lodge's guest rooms are decorated in a classic yet contemporary style, with colors and fabrics designed to bring the scenery of the island inside.
