Rosyth Estate was originally part of a 350 acre estate, and while the original design remains unchanged, the house today offers outstanding accommodation and facilities. With high ceilings, cool polished floors, wide verandas, elegantly furnished rooms with eclectic works of art, this is a perfect place to immerse yourself in estate life, unwind, rejuvenate and explore.
Rosyth Estate is a small working estate and has undergone extensive replanting and improvement over recent years in order to rejuvenate the productivity. Tea is plucked and sold to the nearby tea factory, while latex is tapped, treated and sold to a local rubber factory.
Guests can explore the estate, join the ladies plucking the tea leaves or see how the rubber is tapped. The local tea factory welcomes our guests and is happy to explain the process. Hike to the bottom of our slopes, through our tea terraces and rubber fields and discover the small waterfall and local paddy fields where local villagers cultivate their rice.
The estate contains walking trails, there are mountain biking routes and our staff will be happy to guide you through the tea terraces, rubber plantation and paddy fields.
