Hidden on the shores of one of the largest lakes in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, Chitwa Chitwa has recently been refurbished by its Italian designer owner and is now ultra stylish.
Each of the eight suites are individually designed and have their own plunge pool and private timber sun deck looking over the lake, a prime game viewing spot. There is also Chitwa Private House, for the ultimate exclusive experience, where you’ll be treated to great hospitality, fine food and are able to tailor your bush experience to the last detail with your dedicated ranger.
There's a library with a decent selection of books, gym, gorgeous swimming pool and a spa offering a range of holistic treatments to relax and unwind the mind, body and soul. The curio shop at the entrance sells a selection of hand-made African memorabilia created by skilled local craftsmen, together with various traditional ornaments and bush-wear.
Chitwa Chitwa’s excellent location in the Sabi Sands along with its top guides and Shangaan trackers make catching a glimpse of the ‘big five’ a safari experience like no other. You can also enjoy cultural excursions to experience local life in the small village of Dixie, situated close to the Gowrie Gate entrance of the Sabi Sands.
