While the main restaurant, Midian, serves up fresh Mediterranean and Israeli fare, Edom View's menu features Middle Eastern-style mezze and tapas together with Israeli barbecue. There is also a poolside grill, and a lounge, Jamilla, from which handcrafted cocktails can be enjoyed.
