Coconut Lagoon is accessible only by boat and nestles along the shore of Lake Vembanad, a 175-square kilometer expanse of water stretching between the backwaters of Kerala and the sea. The resort’s heritage rooms and pool villas are scattered throughout the tropical gardens of the resort, many with outdoor garden bathrooms and views of the canals.
Fort Cochin is the specialty seafood restaurant serving a variety of shellfish, sea and river fish in local and international styles, as well as meat and vegetarian dishes. With its large swimming pool, Ayurvedic center and peaceful atmosphere it is the perfect place to relax for a few days.
