There are three restaurants; the open-air Pavilion serves Caribbean food mixed with modern flavors, the Sugar Mill offers a grill menu and the Reef house is just a few steps from the beach and offers simple farm-to-table delights in the open air. There is a Children’s Grove for younger visitors set amongst the shade of a mahogany preserve featuring a miniature Caribbean chattel house, dress-up parlour, arts and crafts center, shipwreck and outside play area. For the adults, there is a fantastic new spa with dramatic views of the British Virgin Islands offering an array of Caribbean specialties using indigenous botanical ingredients.
