The Singular Santiago consists of 62 stylish rooms over 9 floors including the 40 larger than average Singular rooms, most of which have a small balcony and integrated sitting area. The suite comes with the attraction of its own separate living room area. There are connecting Classic rooms which are ideal for families.
The award-winning French chef, Laurent Pasqualetto, who has created a real buzz at the Singular Patagonia restaurant with his innovative locally sourced menu, brings the same flair to the kitchen in Santiago. Highlights include the Guanaco tartare prepared table side and a selection of local cheeses.
The sultry lobby bar and library has the feel of a private members club with its brass angle-poise lamps, studded leather armchairs and marble bar, the perfect place to sample cocktails showcasing Chile's finest Piscos.
During the warm summer months, the Singular's rooftop bar and terrace, which has one section reserved for hotel guests only and a small plunge pool is a major draw and offers stunning vistas over the city skyline and mountainous Andes backdrop.
