Hot, flaky savoury pastries traditionally filled with either ricotta or curried mushy peas. Gulinu, a master pastizzar, together with his wife Nancy will share with you their zest and passion to create these mouth-watering pastizzi. Gulinu has been making pastizzi for a lifetime. Before he retired, he used to sell these pastries from a shop in the village of Rabat but now he and Nancy mainly work from home. The saying in Malta goes 'sold like pastizzi', which shows the popularity of this traditional snack with the locals.
