You’ll be treated to gourmet delights at the Michelin starred restaurant Il Poggio Rosso, offering a modern take on Tuscan classics, created by chef Fabrizio Borracino using produce from the hotel's ample organic kitchen garden as well as meat and poultry from the farm. For a more informal romantic atmosphere of the dine at the Osteria del Grigio restaurant, on the shady terrace immersed in the gardens and vineyards.
