The easy walk will take you around 1.2 miles or 2 kilometres through the Husafell canyon with multiple stops along the way to admire the waterfalls and stunning canyon views with your guide. Enjoy a relaxed walk among natural wonders that are not normally found in many guidebooks, including he spectacular two-tiered waterfall Langifoss. Learn about Iceland’s renewable energy practices, cross an icy stream of glacial meltwater and see the site to Okjökull, Iceland’s first glacier claimed by climate change. The hike will end at Giljabod pools, a surreal hot spring paradise, which have been constructed from local, natural materials.
